Arai Plaza: The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the reception staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Great staff and clean rooms the hotel was in a convenient location near many shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and spacious, which was great for a city trip. Plus, the breakfast was included in the price, which was a nice bonus.
Uncomfortable beds and poor security the beds were uncomfortably hard, and it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the security was lacking, as my room number was given out to a stranger who was trying to flirt with me.

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the central business district and tourist attractions. the rooms are spacious, warm, and have a friendly atmosphere. the breakfast spread is ample and most guests had a good experience in this regard.
The staff behavior was often unprofessional and unfriendly, despite the fact that they are hospitable to guests.

My recent stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. the Spa & wellness centre service was exceptional, and the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage were a delight.
The only minor issue I encountered was the limited choice of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. the on-site restaurant more than made up for it with tasty dishes and impeccable service.

We had a great stay here! Best aspects include the spacious and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and good location in the heart of the city. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast and were impressed with the hotel facilities.
Nothing, no complaints at all. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Celebrated New Year at a hotel with a key location. The staff was polite, and the 24-hour shift didn't seem to affect their hospitality. Breakfast offered ample choice, and the rooms were super clean.
The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. The blanket could have been bigger.
